Richard (Dick) Eng has been our Chef and Clubhouse Manager since 1964, and has established a reputation for excellence within the hospitality industry. His diverse experience in fine food catering includes his tenure at some of the best resort hotels in Ontario.
As a key member of our hospitality team, Dick personally oversees the food and beverage preparation for all of our Wedding and Banquet functions held at Royal Ashburn Golf Club.
Richard grew up in the food services industry and has a passion for gourmet cuisine, learning the art of cooking from his father. He has continued this family tradition, as daughter Donna now assists him here at Royal Ashburn.
