Sunday, May 8th, treat your mom and family a wonderful Mother's Day brunch or dinner buffet!

Brunch Buffet                              
10:30am - 2:00pm    

Selection of fresh Fruit Juices, Artisan Breads, Freshly Baked Pastries, Fresh Fruit, Tea and Coffee.

Breakfast Station
Includes Eggs Benedict, made to order Omelets with a variety of fillings, Bacon, Sausage, Home Fries, and Toast.

Seafood and Salad Station
Featuring Baked Atlantic Salmon, Shrimp, New Zealand Mussels, and a variety of Salads, Assorted Cheeses and Dips.

Carvery and Hot Food Stations
Starring a Ponderosa Hip of Beef, Honey Glazed Baked Ham, Panko Chicken in a Herb and Chardonnay Sauce, Roasted Leg of Pork with an apple chutney , Fresh Vegetables, Seasoned Rice and a Made to Order Pasta Station featuring a selection of Seafood and Fresh Vegetables.

Dessert Station

Temptation abounds with a wonderful array of desserts including Belgian Waffle Station with assorted Fruit Toppings, Ice Cream Sundae Bar and Freshly Whipped Cream, our Famous Sticky Toffee Pudding, Crème Brule, Assorted Tortes and fresh Fruit Trays.
 
Dinner Buffet
5:00pm - 8:00pm 

Selection of fresh Artisan Breads, Fresh Fruit, Tea and Coffee.

Peel and Eat Shrimp, Baked Atlantic Salmon,  New Zealand Mussels, and a variety of Salads, Assorted Cheeses and Dips.

Carvery and Hot Food Stations
