For the enjoyment of all our guests, Royal Ashburn has adopted the following policies and guidelines.

Booking Policy
1. Foursomes may book up to 30 days in advance. In order to guarantee your tee time a credit card number is required.
2. Pre-payment is required for two or more start times or for bookings outside of 14 days.
3. Twosomes or threesomes may book up to 7 days in advance.
4. We require up to three days notice for cancellation of a tee time.

Cancellation Policy
1. No refunds in the event of a "no show" without prior notice. 2. Rain checks may be issued due to inclement weather.

General Guidelines for Golfers
1. Royal Ashburn is a soft spike only facility.
2. Dress Code will be enforced at all times. Golfers must be properly attired in shirts with collars and sleeves, tailored trousers or shorts and proper shoes. NOT ACCEPTABLE are jeans, cut-offs, gym shorts, sweat pants nor tank tops.
3. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, other than those purchased on our premises are not permitted in accordance with A.G.C.O. regulations. Non-compliance will result in removal from the golf course without refund.
4. Each player must have a set of his or her own golf clubs. Rental sets are available for your convenience.
5. For the enjoyment of all our guests, slow play is not tolerated. Please play ready golf. Our course marshals will help you keep pace. Slow players will be asked to move to the next hole necessary.
