As one of Wilson Paterson’s sons, Scott’s introduction to the game of golf and to the golf business came at a very young age. Initially working on the driving range, parking the power carts and doing odd jobs around the club, his experience is now invaluable to the daily running of the business. Currently, Scott is an active member of the CPGA Golf Association and acts as the General Manager of The Royal Ashburn Golf Club and is very active in the day to day operations with his brother David and Mother and Father Wilson and Sandy.

Scott graduated from the University of Guelph in 2002, with a business degree and continues to learn and educate himself by attending seminars and reading. With Scott’s education and his over 20 years experience in the golf business he has led to a very rewarding and enjoyable career, which is only just beginning.

Scott is very enthusiastic and is looking forward to the future of the business and continuing to make The Royal Ashburn Golf Club one of the best facilities in Canada.
