In 1959, Wilson purchased a piece of farmland in North Whitby with the dream of building a world class golf course. Forty-eight years later, the golf course has attained this status and continues to evolve as any living entity as improvements and refinements are continually being made.

During the formative years, Wilson continued to pursue his career as a Golf Professional, honing his skills and reaching a level very few are able to attain. Wilson played in several Canadian golf events and experienced great success winning several regional golf events and playing in several Canadian Opens. Although Wilson doesn’t experience as many sub par rounds of golf as he used to and no longer competes professionally he still plays several days a week and still holds a reputation as being unbeatable by his friends. Wilson’s main focus now is on producing a most enjoyable golf course for golfers of all skill levels to play. After all the wonderful comments, it is quite obvious this has been accomplished.

The Paterson family operates the facility and the business is now starting to be run by Wilson’s sons Scott and David with his wife Sandra overseeing the Wedding business. Wilson and his family love the business and hope you will too.
